Terms and Conditions

Deposits and Fees

-We ask for a deposit of  50% be sent through ZELLE only, deposit will need to be sent 2-5 days prior to the desired pick up date. If the deposit is not within the required days the order will not be prepared.

-We provide a two hour window for order to be picked up at the desired time, if order is not picked up within the two hour window a $10 late fee will be applied.

Cancellations and Refunds

-Order can be canceled 2-3 days prior of desired pick up date, deposit will be fully refunded.

-Deposit will NOT be refunded if the order is canceled within the 24 hours prior to the desired pick up date.

-Once the order is in client hands no refund will be provided under any circumstance.

Hygiene and Safety 

-Once the order is in the client's hands the safety of the order will be their responsibility. 

Ex: Product is dropped, Product is disturbed, Product is lost or stolen 

-All products by Aleyam Artisan Sweets contain “Allergens Ingredients” that provide information of the ingredients that may cause any negative reactions. Client is responsible for reading this tag.

-All products contain “keep cold” this is to ensure items that need to be kept cold to maintain it fresh and safe to eat. Client is responsible for reading this tag.

-All cakes by Aleyam Artisan Sweets contain “warning cake has supporters” this is to prevent any accidents that may take place. Client is responsible for reading this tag.
